A two-component chemical glue is a fast-curing system consisting of a two-chamber capsule placed in a plastic bottle with a static mixer. This package design allows automatic mixing of the components. In this way, you get a mixture with constant quality. Chemical glue is the safest way to attach loads to concrete and other surfaces. In combination with a stud, a very strong and secure grip is obtained. In order to install the stud correctly, we clean the made hole of dust and drilling residues. Then, with the help of a pistol, we insert the two-component chemistry into the hole, filling it to 70%. With a rotating movement, we insert the stud to the desired position. After it is hardened we have a stable fastener.
The advantages of chemical anchors over ordinary anchors are: the fastening withstands much higher pressures; the whole hole is filled (sealed), which prevents the soaking of water into the concrete; does not deform; not affected by external weather conditions. The disadvantage is the technical time for hardening of the material.

The chemical anchors M10 allow achieving stable contact between the individual elements of the base and the construction of the railing system. They have a cylindrical shape with dimensions 10 x 100 mm, 10 x 120 mm or 10 x 140 mm. They are installed by two-component glue in the corresponding holes in the concrete. The placement is done by a rotating movement. The stud is allowed to protrude from the base as much as necessary to secure the glass system.

They are mounted directly without prior use of chemicals. The concrete screw is placed directly and tightened without the need to clean the hole. Tightening by rotating motion helps the small threads on the body of the screw to hold firmly to the walls of the hole. It can be used for both concrete and brick.

The omo concrete screw is a type of mechanical anchor that is used for BV5500. A hole smaller in diameter than the screw is made in advance before inserting the screw. Once the hole is ready, the omo screw is placed and tightened by a rotating motion, and when tightened, the small threads on the body of the screw form the internal thread of the hole.
