All materials and components used in our products comply with the following standards:

Aluminium Profiles: EN 12020-2

This standard ensures exceptional precision and compliance with strict dimensional tolerances in the extrusion of aluminium alloys. This is essential for the geometry, stability, and load-bearing capacity of the structural profiles.

Rubber Seals: ISO 3302-1:2017

This standard defines strict tolerance classes for rubber products. Compliance ensures effective sealing, secure glass retention, and long-term resistance to varying weather conditions.

Plastic Components: DIN ISO 20457

This standard regulates the dimensional accuracy of plastic components and moulded parts. It ensures the strength of the installation wedges and accessories, as well as their resistance to mechanical loads and thermal expansion.

Glass: EN 12150 and EN 14449

Our systems are designed for use with glass certified in accordance with EN 12150 for thermally toughened safety glass and EN 14449 for laminated safety glass. These standards ensure a high level of safety, strength and impact resistance, specifically suited to the requirements of glass balustrade applications.
