BV9900 glass railing system – innovation, strength, and attention to the details
BV9900 – is our most technically advanced safety profile. Designed and tested by our in-house team of engineers for more than 15 months and with more than 50 different prototypes, including 20 different types of plastic. We are proud to present to you the glass railing system nicknamed “The Game Changer” – BV9900. This system comes in anodized matte, inox, or other colors by customer’s choice.
What to consider when buying glass railings / frameless glass systems?
• The durability of internals:
Plastics deteriorate over time and may lead to glass railing failure, in other words, it may become unsafe/dangerous. This is why we use the strongest German plastic mixed with 30% glass (patented) to deliver extreme durability for decades.
• Weather conditions Rain, Sun, Salt, Humidity
The durability of different atmospheric influences is another thing that is taken into account. BV9900 is a specially equipped profile with Inox internals and twice the required amount for UV protection
• Strength
One of the main advantages of the quality glass railing profiles is the strength. Using our test laboratory we have subjected the system to different extreme tests and it showed results better than the expected ones. Even after the pressure of 4 tons per hour, the system remained safe to use.
• Ease of install
A key factor in every project is labor costs, we designed this system for fast installation, fast regulation, all work done from the inside of the balcony, no need for specialized tools, minimizing labor costs.
• Regulating
Perfect alignment of the glass we made as simple as possible, literally turning an M5 hexagon key to achieve perfect alignment of glass. One person can regulate with ease and precision. This patented regulation design is industry-leading and sets us apart from every other manufacturer.
• Glass configuration
This system is designed to work with 8.8 and 10.10 which are the most commonly used glass configurations on the market.
• Certification
You can rest assured this railing system will cover any safety requirement. Tested in the Institute of Giordano to the following standards:
